In MONEY magazine's "Readers to the Rescue" department, we publish questions from people seeking help with sticky financial situations, along with advice from other readers on how to solve those problems. We're planning to run this question in our upcoming Readers' Choice issue in July:

To what extent, if any, should siblings compensate the sister or brother who lives close to an aging parent and bears sole responsibility for weekly grocery trips, doctor visits, and other tasks?
